Welcome to the Pantry Packs 2017 Holiday Hunger Campaign Page!

More than 900 Lake Washington School District students don’t get enough to eat, and that number is growing.

From December 4 - 17 Feed Washington is campaigning to make sure every student in the Lake Washington School District has enough to eat each weekend, when they are most vulnerable to hunger.

It takes $25/month to provide a weekend food pack for a hungry student through the year.

To make a donation and support students in your Learning Community, please click on a school below. School goals are based on dividing the total need in the Learning Community by the schools in that community. ¹

If your school's goal is fully met, please consider donating toward another school's goal in your Learning Community. Don't forget to apply at your company for matching funds!

¹The goal of our Learning Community campaign is to educate school communities about the need in their immediate area, and to empower those communities to solve that need by providing an easy way to share the message and collect donations. Note that funds raised by a school community may be allocated to helping students at other schools as needed.

²The projected number of hungry students in each Learning Community this school year is a calculation of multiple factors. These include actual numbers of students receiving Pantry Packs, growth trends, local demographic trends and federal hunger statistics.

3Previous campaigns are already funding a number of students in each Learning Community. The goal amount (“Remaining Amount Needed” above) at each school reflects the need after those funds are applied.

4The Kirk Elementary weekend food program is run independently of Pantry Packs and is fully funded. We encourage the Kirk Elementary community to donate to other schools in their learning community.
